My Hackathons

At AXIORA 2026, organized by ISF of IETE in collaboration with IEM Saltlake, our team Team Binary built ParkAssist — a low-cost embedded system for parking assistance and near-field obstacle awareness. It fuses ultrasonic sensor data with an ESP32-CAM live stream and an optional YOLOv8 AI object detection layer, all visualized on a real-time web dashboard over WebSocket. We secured the Winner position in the IoT Track.

At Makathon 2025, our team developed a Women’s safety smart bracelet that combines electric shock self-defence, SOS live location tracking, and Bluetooth alerts through a connected smartphone - all within a stylish, wearable design. The project was selected by the judges and proposed for funding to develop our prototype into a final market-ready product.
